Our current culture seems to be crazed with the idea of fitness, and for many, fitness has become an idol.
But, St Paul tells us we are to treat our bodies as the Temple of the Holy Spirit, and that we are to glorify God with them. Is it possible that there can be a Christian understanding about exercise and its place in our lives?
